INSTRUCTIONS:
Wear a non-padded non-pushup bra, and stand up straight. Use a soft measuring tape, and don't hold the tape TOO tight (or too loose!) - you just want it to be snug. Always check in a mirror to make sure that the measuring tape is going straight across, in the front AND the back.
