Eyes - Cargo Babylon is applied to lids only. Urban Decay Speed is
gently applied over the Cargo color. Kimberly brushes Fairy by I Nuovi from
the lid to the brow (lightly over the blues) and above the brow. To get the
look, remember to keep the blue on the lid and under the eye (close to lash
line). For under the eye, apply the color from inside corner of eye to middle.
Eye Liner - Urban Decay Liquid liner in Radium (blue)
Lashes - False lashes with Urban Decay Radium (blue) mascara on all
the lashes.
