"My skin is dry, and when I apply concealer, it dries out and gets kind of flaky by the end of the day. I've tried all different types of formulas. Is it okay to not use powder over the concealer, as long as you have dry skin? Or do you have to use the powder?"

"The problem is not necessarily with the concealers you have chosen. You most likely need to moisturize and properly maintain your skin. Correct the dry skin first - moisturizer, apply your concealer and if you need apply your foundation and powder. You do not necessarily need to use powder over concealer but it does not to be totally blended so that the concealer doesn't jump out as concealer."
