"I highly recommend NOT putting
eyeliner on the inner lid. You run far too many risks in picking up an eye
infection as anyone of your products could be contaminated and believe me,
it is not worth it to get an eye infection. With effective makeup you can
get an effective visual effect lining outside the eye on the outer
