"My undereye circles are so dark! Sometimes my mascara flakes under my eyes, too. Help!"

"Maybe your undereye circles are so dark because it is your makeup running. First you must apply an undereye concealer in a shade lighter than you foundation, next do not to apply mascara or eyeliner under your eyes. Always apply liner on upper lash line only and use waterproof mascara to avoid the mascara running. I assure you will no longer have raccoon eyes."
