"I have heard that you can apply a really subtle shimmery loose powder to your face and it looks like how celebrities always have glowing faces. Is this true? How do I get the look without it looking too shimmery?"

"Yes. You can achieve a dewy look by doing this. One way is to mix just a tiny pinch with your moisturizer and lightly dab onto the entire face. Mixing this way will help you see how much you are going to apply. Sometimes with a brush, you never know how much is going on"
