"First of all FRECKLES ARE CUTE!!! To even out your skin tone, you can use a yellow base foundation. It does not have to be a heavy foundation. For the harder to cover areas you can use a concealer, which will allow you to cover a specific area without having to use a heavy foundation. Your skin NEEDS to breathe. So, the lighter the application, the better!"
