"Well back to Tony &
Tina once again! ;) This line of cosmetics has a fabulous eyeliner pencil
in many amazing colors. It is great for lining the eye and creating a little
drama. You can also apply some of the eyeliner pencil to the eyelid and smudge
it for a smoky eye effect. It really is as easy as that. Follow up by relining
the entire eye and smudging again to give a smoky effect. There you have
it: a fabulous, smoky eye!!!" |
