"Use a good eye-base. An
eye base will help to prevent creasing and will help to keep your eye shadow
on longer. Tony & Tina has a therapeutic eye base that is beneficial
to your skin as well as serving the application purpose. Also, do not forget
to moisturize. There are few too none in terms of oils that are excreted
around the eye area. Keep this area moisturized!" |
