"One of the best ways to apply eyeliner for those who are not experienced is to draw dots along the lash line. You then connect the dots.It can be difficult to draw a nice even line in one sweep. That is what most of us try to do.So just connect the dots for a easier application.It takes practice and a steady hand. You may want to start with a pencil instead of liquid eyeliner.A pencil is easier to work with."
