"Congratulations on your new look. You do need to pay special attention to the skin around the eyes - it is very delicate and need special care. Always use the ring fingers when working with the eyes since the ring finger has the least amount of pressure. Be sure to keep the eye area moisturized and protected from the sun. To make small eyes look larger, use less makeup and lighter colors - a taupe eyeliner is good."
