1. Line the eye in either dark brown or black. Try a shimmery or glittery eyepencil for sparkling eyes.
2. Apply eyeshadow in either green, berry, purple, or pink. Remember, use a shimmery or glittery shadow if you want sparkling eyes!
3. Top with dark brown or black mascara.
