STEP TWO... Eyes: Begin your eye application by applying Disco E. Funkhouser™ New York Eye Color Stick to the entire eyelid. Smudge and blend the Eye Color Stick onto the eyelid using the tip of your ring finger. Next, apply Power Pop E. Funkhouser™ New York Eye Color Stick to the outer corners of the eyelids. Apply the same color to the full length of the lower lash line. Again, smudge the Eye Color Stick using the tip of your ring finger until it is well blended. Then, line the upper “inner” lash line using Carbon E. Funkhouser™ New York Eye Defining Pencil. Next, apply E. Funkhouser™ New York Lash Volumizer to the upper and lower lashes.
