STEP TWO... Eyes: Begin your eye application
by applying Glam Rock E.
Funkhouser™ New York Eye Color Stick to the eyelid. Allow the color
to go into and just beyond the crease of the eye, fading gently onto the
brow bone. Smudge and blend the Eye Color Stick onto the eyelid using the
tip of your ring finger. Then, using the same color, directly apply the Eye
Color Stick to the crease of the eye for a more intense application of color.
Next, using a flat eye liner brush, line the full length of upper lash line
with Melange E.

apply the same color to the lower lash line. Next apply
