STEP TWO... Eyes: Begin your eye application by applying Reinvent E. Funkhouser™ New York Eye Color to the entire eyelid with an all-over eye brush. Allow the color to go just beyond the crease of the eye and slightly up onto the brow bone. Using the same brush apply the same color to the full length of the lower lash line. Next, using a crease brush, apply Transform Eye Color to the crease of the eye as well as the inner corner and the outer third of the eyelid. Using the same color and an angle eye liner brush, line the full length of lower lash line as closely to the lashes as possible. Next, line the full length of the upper lash line with Graphite E. Funkhouser™ New York Creme Eye Liner, tapering the line as it reaches the outer corner of the eye. Next, apply E. Funkhouser™ New York Lash Volumizer to the upper and lower lashes. Complete your eye application with a liberal coat of Black Onyx E. Funkhouser™ New York Mascara.

STEP THREE... Cheeks: Using a blush brush, apply a soft amount of Nouveau Chic E. Funkhouser™ New York Cheek Color onto cheeks using circular motions, beginning at the apple of the cheek and blending outward toward the hairline.
