STEP ONE: Brows... Fill in the brows with Blonde E. Funkhouser™ New York Brow Defining Pencil & Highlighting Powder using small, soft strokes to create the look of natural hair. Brush the color through the brow for a natural, professional looking finish. Highlight the brow bone using the highlighting powder at the end of the pencil. STEP TWO: Eyes... Begin your eye application by applying Valiant E. Funkhouser™ New York Eye Color to the entire upper eyelid with an all-over eye brush. Next add Valiant Eye Color to the inner corner of the eye and the full length of the lower lash line. Then, using a crease brush, apply Adventurous Eye Color to the outer third of the upper eyelid. Blend well. Using the same brush, apply Adventurous Eye Color to the full length of the lower line. Next, line the upper lash line and the full length of the lower inner lash line with Carbon E. Funkhouser™ New York Eye Defining Pencil. Complete your eye application with a liberal coat of Black Onyx E. Funkhouser™ New York Mascara on the upper and lower lashes. Lastly, for an extra touch of color, apply Velvet Mascara to the tips of the upper and lower lashes.

STEP THREE: Cheeks... Next, with a blush brush, apply a soft amount of Daring E. Funkhouser™ New York Cheek Color onto cheeks using circular motions, beginning at the apple of the cheek and blending outward toward the hairline.
