STEP TWO: Eyes... Begin your eye application
by applying Saucy E.
Funkhouser™ New York Loose Mineral Pigment to the entire upper eyelid
with an all-over eye brush. Allow the color to go into the crease of the
eye and gradually fade onto the brow bone. Next, using a crease brush, apply
Sultry Loose Mineral Pigment to the outer third of the upper eyelid. Blend
the color into the crease, allowing it to fade seamlessly into your application
of Saucy Loose Mineral Pigment. Next use the all-over eye brush to apply
Sultry Loose Mineral Pigment to the full length of the lower lash line. Line
the full length of upper and lower lash lines with Gold Lining

New York Glitter Eye Pencil. Finish with a liberal coat of True Brown

STEP THREE: Cheeks... Next, using a blush
