For a glam look,
try on of the bright new shadows as a liner. The models at Marc Jacobs (top)
and Oscar de la Renta (middle, bottom) had thick, smoky-blue eyeliner
all around the eye, bare skin, and sheer pink
lips (the more deep/vibrant your eyes are, make your lips softer).
It's easy to make this retro face look a little too 80s! This look is good
for dates, but for school or work, it may be a little much. Apply the powder
shadow with a damp liner brush, and top it with dry shadow applied with a
small shadow brush to get maximum
color..
