Bright Eyeliner

STEP ONE: Apply
bright eyeliner on the inner corner of eye, and smudge a bunch of it on the
upper lid like an eyeshadow.
STEP TWO: Use a well-sharpened black
eyeliner to very thinly line along upper lashes and outer corner of
lower lash line. Carefully smudge a little so there isn't a harsh
transition into the bright liner.
STEP THREE: If needed, re-apply and re-smudge
the bright eyeliner on the upper lid like an eyeshadow.
STEP FOUR: Curl lashes and apply black
mascara.
STEP FIVE: You'll want perfectly groomed
brows for this look, so tweeze any strays.
tips...
1. This runway model is wearing bright
yellow eyeliner, but you can try other bright colors, too! Experiment at
home until you find a fun color you like. Try electric blue or bright violet,
for example.
2. This could be a fun look for school
spirit events, using your school's colors!
