STEP ONE: Line
lips with a liner that matches your natural lip color, alightly accentuate
the bow of your lips, and fill in lips.
STEP TWO: Apply
sheer berry lip color.

1. if you have a petite mouth, dark lip
colors make your lips seem smaller. you might want to try a shimmery berry,
because light reflects off of the little shimmer particles and makes your
lips appear a tiny bit bigger. also, we've heard from makeup artists that
if you put a dot of gloss in the center of your lower lip, it makes your
lips look more plump. (note: makeup trend #4 will look great with your
lips!)
2. finding the right color is key for
this look. make sure the lip color you apply is sheer, so it will blend with
your natural lip tone and give you a color that doesn't look too harsh or
grown-up.
