Cosmetics
1. Heavily line eyes on the top lash line using a black or
bronze glitter pencil, smudge slightly with a q-tip. Re-apply and smudge
again.
2. Lightly line eyes on the lower lash line using the same
glitter pencil, smudge with a q-tip.
3. (see below for which color to use for this step)
Apply a colorful glitter shadow to eyelid, top with a loose glitter in a
matching color.
4. Curl lashes, then apply a thickening mascara.

if you have brown
eyes: Sparkler in Ooh-la-la,
Single Eyeshadow in PixieDust, Kitty Glitter in Meow (all by Too Faced),
and a black thickening mascara
if you have blue
eyes: Sparkler in
Coco Pop, Single Eyeshadow in PixieDust, Kitty Glitter in CatFight (all
by Too Faced), and a dark brown thickening mascara
if you have green or hazel
eyes: Sparkler in
Coco Pop, Single Eyeshadow in Trixie, Kitty Glitter in Pussie Galore (all
