HOW TO...APPLY MAKEUP TO
LIPS

8 Application Step Two:
Moisturize
It's always important to condition your lips
because this sets a nice base for your lipstick. Lipstick will stay longer
on your lips if your lips are conditioned. When buying lip products, make
sure to check the ingredients for the words jojoba, aloe, babassu and borage
oils, and Vitamin E. These are natural moisturizing and conditioning
ingredients.
Moisturize your lips with a lip balm or chapstick. For this step, do not
use a product that makes your lips look glossy or shiny. Let the moisture
seep into your lips for a few minutes. A great product to try for this step
is Softlips Lip Protectant, or traditional ChapStick.
