8 Application Step One:
Exfoliate
For super-smooth lips, you'll want to start
out with exfoliation. When you're done brushing your teeth, brush your lips
for a few seconds while the toothpaste is still on the brush. Be careful
not to cut or hurt your lips - you're just trying to slough off the little
flakes. Also make sure to rinse your lips well so there's no toothpaste left
over! For a gentler exfoliation, you can try using a washcloth.
Tip: This also slightly plumps up your lips and gives them a beautiful
natural color. Check in the mirror to see what color your lips are after
you exfoliate them - then buy a lipstick or gloss in that
shade!
