HOW TO...APPLY MAKEUP TO
FACE

step
two...
moisturize
& protect
Once again, it's important to have a smooth canvas
for your makeup to glide on. Now that you've cleansed away all of the dirt
and grime and sloughed away all the dead skin cells, your next step is to
moisturize while your skin is still a little damp. Use an OIL-FREE moisturizer
all over your face. Wait a few minutes for it to be absorbed by your skin,
and then reapply (unless you have oily skin). Do NOT forget to
protect your skin with sunscreen! If your
moisturizer doesn't have SPF 15 or higher, use a seperate sunscreen (try
to find one that is oil-free). If your skin is very dry, you might want
to add using an eye cream under your eyes (but not on the eyelid) to
help prevent dry, cakey looking creases and lines in that area (this is only
if you have very dry skin, or else your eye makeup will slide, migrate,
and smudge).
