High and Teased (well, it's a hit on the runway...lol) STEP ONE: Slick
styling mousse into hair, making sure all of your hair is evenly distributed
with the mousse. Blowdry hair straight. STEP TWO: Take an even layer at the crown
of your head, section into 4, tease the base of each section. STEP THREE: Secure with close-ended bobby
pins to hold, or spray hairspray to leave the sections
loose.
