Dramatically Flipped Out STEP ONE: Run
volumizing gel throughout newly washed hair. Blowdry the hair closest to
your roots first. STEP TWO: Part your hair to the side
or in the center. Section out your hair into 4 sections (part hair in the
center of your head going back, and with those two sections, part the hair
so that there is a lower and upper section). STEP THREE: For soft flips, use a 1 1/2
inch roller brush, using the roller brush, blow-dry your hair (section by
section) while using your brush to flip the hair out. For more curled, dramatic
flipped out hair, blow-dry your hair (still using the sectioning method)
completely, and use a curling iron to flip your hair. STEP FOUR: Spray hairspray at the tips
of your hair, leaving the base of your hair hairspray-free, therefore, having
a flowing look to your
hairstyle.
